I have thankfully used this Lorem Ipsum Generator for some time now. The only downfall, for me, is that I still have to wrap the generated text with <h1>, <p> and <ul><li> tags after I paste it into the page I'm working on.
So, I've created a HTML Formatted Lorem Ipsum Generator that spits them out for me already. Hope you find it handy!
