The Super Suppers Franchise sales site was a fun project. It required the ability to be user friendly, powerful and able to handle many, many prospect contacts.

The current functionality of the site includes:

• Username / Password protection
• Variety of search methods including email search, auto-suggest name search and paginated prospect summary display.
• Sortable search results by: name, email, last visit, total visits, process completion, city and state. Each search further refined by time periods.
• Prospect contact information editing and sales rep notes.
• Mass email campaigns sortable by timeframe, city, state and area code.
• Editable sales rep contact information which is displayed on their personal web sites.
• Sales rep account and password administration
• 'Super Admin' area which displays results for each individual sales rep within any searchable time frame.

The site uses MySQL for the database. I migrated over 3000 prospects from their previous system. Several hundred new prospects are added each month.

I completely hand coded this site to accomplish the tasks above. I used PHP4 and MySQL 2.6 to create it. The luxury of being able to work with the sales reps after the project was initially launched, and make tweaks and intuitive improvements was awesome.
